OK. SO I JUST CAME BACK FOR A RUN.
I have a sprained ankle and so I haven’t been able to run for 6 months and it’s been killing me. But I did a short run today and it didn’t hurt that much! yay! Made me feel really happy to be running again :) Now my fitness can get better and maybe this journey will to :) yay :) sorry just had to let out my positive progress
